Character |Cabernet Shiraz with fruit development of spices of nutmeg, cloves and

mixed spice aromas. Black coffee and dark organic chocolate note integrated with

strewed cherries and plum. A dry vintage, 2014 produced concentrated fruit with

a rich almost fortified finish on this wine. Whole bunch fermentation in small open

tanks. After 10days basket pressed. Aged in French & American oak for 24 months, once

bottle laid down for a further 6 months before release.
